At Collective & Co., we want your jewellery to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. All UK orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery throughout the UK.

Available delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

All orders valued at £75.00 and above are shipped free of charge.

Standard UK Delivery

Delivery time: 1–3 working days
Cost: £3.95

Express UK Delivery

Delivery time: 1–2 working days
Cost: £5.95

Orders placed after 11am Monday–Friday or on weekends and UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless an expedited delivery service has specifically been purchased with a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Please note that personalised, engraved or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. The estimated timeframe will be stated on the relevant product page.

During particularly busy periods, including product launches, sales and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is selected, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your dispatch notification has been sent.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Collective & Co. cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied at checkout.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@collectiveandco.co.uk. We will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

Orders That Do Not Arrive

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@collectiveandco.co.uk so that we can investigate with the delivery provider.

For tracked deliveries, please check the tracking information provided before contacting us, as your parcel may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with the delivery provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

Delayed Deliveries

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or courier service.

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates for standard services, we will do our best to assist with any delivery delays.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, strikes, courier disruption, postal delays or other unforeseen events.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer international delivery.

Delivery to BFPO Addresses

We do not currently offer delivery to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

Click & Collect

We currently do not offer a click & collect service.

Safe Delivery of Jewellery

As we sell jewellery, we take additional care when preparing your order.

Each piece is inspected before dispatch and securely packaged to help protect it during transit.

For higher-value orders, we may use a tracked and/or signed delivery service.

Important Information About Your Delivery

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@collectiveandco.co.uk. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
