Warranty

Made to be worn, and made to last

Every piece is chosen and checked by a qualified goldsmith before it reaches you. If something isn't right because of how it was made, we'll put it right.

Every Collective & Co. piece comes with a warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. It's in addition to your legal rights, never instead of them.

Warranty Questions

When does my warranty start?

From the date your order is delivered. Your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase.

Do I need to register my piece?

No. Your warranty is automatic, so just keep your order number.

My gold-plated piece is fading. Is that covered?

Gold plating naturally wears over time with use, so gradual fading isn't a fault. If the plating peels or flakes within 6 months despite following our care guide, please get in touch and we'll take a look.

Is a gifted piece covered?

Yes. The person who received it can claim using the original order number.

Does the warranty affect my legal rights?

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a piece wasn't of satisfactory quality when you received it, you're protected whether or not it's within our warranty period.

Something not quite right?

We'd rather hear about it than have you put up with it. Get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
